Swiss Schengen Visa

A Schengen visa lets you visit any of the 25 European countries that have signed up to Schengen agreement.

The following countries are part of the Schengen area:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

The Schengen visa allows you to stay within the Schengen area for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period, as long as your visit is for private, family or business purposes.

If you're planning to stay in Switzerland for the majority of your trip, you'll need a Swiss Schengen visa. You'll also need a Swiss Schengen visa if you're spending the same amount of nights in different Schengen countries and Switzerland is your first point of entry.
