Membership Terms and Conditions

All online UK Arrival Membership packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be payable under any circumstances.

Purchase of a UK Arrival Membership package does not automatically entitle the purchaser or the person for whom it was purchased to entitlement to work and/or live in the UK for any period of time and should not be considered as an alternate to the necessary visas required for stay in the UK.

You should ensure that you have sufficient funds to support yourself whilst travelling to the UK and to maintain yourself during the initial period of your stay in the UK as per your visa requirements. Smooth Landings works with a reputable high street bank and is bound by their compliance laws when assisting in opening a bank account.

Account opening procedures can change without notice and as such documentation requested to assist with the opening of an account is at the discretion of the bank. The terms of the bank account are laid down by the bank and any charges are those levied by the bank and not Smooth Landings.

The UK Arrival Membership package must be collected by the individual in person at our Canada Water premises in London. Individuals will be required to produce their passport and purchase voucher before taking receipt of the UK Arrival Membership. Individuals applying and purchasing membership in Australia and New Zealand will be charged in Australian Dollars. The online purchase applies a card fee for purchases made online via a debit or credit card. We cannot receive purchases in Rand online. Customers purchasing in Rand will be contacted separately to make payment arrangements.

All suppliers are subject to change. Smooth Landings will make every effort to notify individuals of these changes. Upon submitting your online booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Take a Break Promotion Terms and Conditions

• *The Take a Break offer is only on our fees and not embassy fees
• To receive offer you and your friend, loved one or dependent must submit applications together  between the offer dates - 10th - 31st March 2010.
• Offer dependent on available slots at embassies, offered on first come, first served basis.

• No cash alternative is available.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

• We hold no responsibility for the loss of documentation.

Competition Terms and Conditions for winning 2 tickets to watch the Barbarians play in December at Twickenham

• No purchase necessary.
• By entering you have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions pertaining to this competition.
• To be entered into the competition you must have provided your details.
• Closing date for receipt of prize draw entries is Midnight 15th November 2009.
• For the benefit of doubt the date of receipt is the day Smooth Migration receives the email.
• Smooth Migration can not be held responsible for any email that are not received or any server issues.
• The draw will take place on the 16th of November 2009.
• The Draw will take place in front of an independent witness.
