Swiss Schenghen visas - rules update
29th September, 2009
At the end of August a new rule came in for Swiss Schengen visas. With immediate effect visa-applications for EU/UK-spouse-visas are to be submitted with a valid flight or train ticket.
The reasons for this new measure are as follows:
- Proof that the travel destination is Switzerland
- The date of travel helps fix the validity of the visa
Please contact the Smooth Migration team for assistance on Schengen visas 0845 644 1871 or visit our Schengen visas section more information.

Comments:
As of 1 July Serbian Nationals will only have to pay £32.00 for their visa regardles of whether they are adults or children. (Same as Bosnia-Herzegovina) Also their diplomats will no longer require a visa to travel to Switzerland.
