If you are planning to travel to France over the Christmas or New Year period and require a schengen visa you will need to arrange this as soon as possible to ensure that your application is processed in time for your travel.  

The last date for us to lodge French Schengen visa applications at the French Embassy is Friday 18th December and visas will be collected on the 21st December. 

Please bear in mind that the French Embassy are experiencing a backlog of applications and processing times will therefore take longer so it is important to get your application in without delay.
