Tier 2 Work Permit – Skilled Group
Tier 2 has replaced the Business & Commercial work permit scheme. If you now wish to employ a skilled migrant worker in your business on a Tier 2 work permit visa you will need to issue them with a confirmed offer of employment and you must hold a sponsor registration licence, failure to do so could put any existing non EU foreign workers at risk and new overseas recruits maybe unable to work in your firm until you have this in place.
