Tier 2 Inter-Company Transfer
If you are an employer that is looking to transfer a key member of staff to the UK from an overseas branch of the company then this visa applies.
The role must be for a specific company and the employee must have been employed with the overseas branch for a period of 6 months before applying. Like with an ordinary Tier 2 visa the application must be made by the employer and not the employee. The visa is valid for between one day to six years.
